Bootcamp / CrossFit Lite
WE ARE NOW OFFERING 5:45am BOOTCAMP CLASSES MONDAY THRU FRIDAY!
Bootcamp/CrossFit Lite is constantly varied, high intensity, functional movements, just like a regular CrossFit class. However, we will focus mainly on Metabolic Conditioning with scaled down weights and bodyweight movements. Expect a sweaty, kickass workout, just a little lighter!
Is Bootcamp/CrossFit Lite for me?
- You want to try CrossFit, but you are a little intimidated.
- You are just getting back into your workout groove and want to improve your general health and fitness.
- You want to focus on cardio and body awareness, and skip the heavier weights.
Are you ready to take charge of your health? All we ask is that you commit yourself to 8 weeks of hard work and determination.
You do not need to complete an introductory session or On Ramp to come to CrossFit Lite.
