Warriors (ages 6-11): 60 minutes.
Tuesday/Thursday 5:30-6:30 PM
Pre-teen classes are programmed to build stamina, endurance, and strength. Classes will include calisthenics, running, rowing, climbing, tumbling and introductions to basic barbell and kettlebell movements. Besides just focusing on physical development, your child will gain experience and become stronger through teamwork, problem solving and most importantly, confidence.
Spartans (Ages 12-15): 60 minutes.
Monday/Wednesday 4:30-5:30 PM
Teen classes will focus on bringing your child to the next level. Classes will begin to look more like CrossFit with basic weight training, calisthenics and conditioning workouts. Workouts will incorporate and work on developing specific skills that can be transferred over to any specified sport. Our programming will comprise core strength, sustaining midline stabilization throughout core-to- extremity movements, learning activation of anterior and posterior chains, and learning how power comes from our midline and the use of proper hip extension.
